What does it take to qualify for this role?
  •  A Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management or other related courses
  •  Proven experience in Logistics and Inventory Management
  •  Commercial awareness and knowledge on the retail/e-commerce industry is a must
  •  Ability to source for raw materials and suitable suppliers/manufacturers
  •  Ability to generate reports, manage data, and come up with actionable recommendations
  •  Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, shareholders, customers, etc.
  •  Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills and pays keen attention to details 
  •  Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills
  •  Proficiency in google tools (google docs, sheets, slides, forms, etc.)
  •  Ability to gather and analyze business and performance metric data
  •  Capability of working independently and coming up with appropriate solutions to issues and problems
  •  Eagerness to learn, innovate, and drive effective results
  •  A home office with a strong and reliable internet connection
Accountabilities:
  •  Analyzing Amazon sales and maintaining the data sheet for orders and product inventory and forecast
  •  Coordinating with Finance & Accounting on reorder units and budget
  •  Guaranteeing availability of stocks for sale in Amazon and placing new orders to Suppliers based on latest average sales and budget
  •  Negotiating better prices with Suppliers and Manufacturers, keeping product expense sheet updated, and ensuring every invoice is done and documented correctly
  •  Maintaining contract database of vendors and product masterfile
  •  Arranging and ensuring all product inspections are carried out, analyzing inspection reports, and communicating with Suppliers on product issues and concerns
  •  Creating shipping plans in Amazon Seller Central, providing all necessary shipping labels with instructions to Suppliers and making sure they follow the requirements in packing products
  •  Ordering product shipping from freight forwarders or directly from Suppliers, tracking it, and addressing related issues 
  •  Conducting regular (month-end) inventory count
  •  Creating product listings (dummy listings for new products) in Amazon Seller Central
  •  Initiating and participating in workflow and process improvements
